We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn’t right, let us know. The product cannot be exchanged for color, size, or another style because all our styles are either custom designed for you or made-to-measure to fit you perfectly. In case of fitting issues, you can send our product back to us with size alterations needed and we will process it and send it back to you within 7-10 days free of any extra charges.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at HOUSE OF SHIVANI JINDAL would inspect the product for the need for refund and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange/refund will be made possible.

 

EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

House of Shivani Jindal does not accept exchange requests for reasons like size, color, design or style.

We do not accept any returns if the product reaches us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Also, make sure you have an unboxing video which clearly shows the damage in our product, otherwise your claim WILL NOT BE considered. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

We do not accept returns of our product:

      • If it has been damaged by you.

      • If it’s altered as per specs shared by you.

    • If it has been worn.
     
    • If you do not have a video proof of damaged goods received.

    You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

    On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

    Wait for receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

    Pack your return securely in the original package, and include your completed invoice.
